Body Language Books In Hindi Pdf 29

There are several ways that people can convey their emotions. For example, they may use facial expressions, tone of voice, touch, etc. One popular concept is that the ability to express emotions is related to the ability to read emotions. However, there are many people who claim to be highly expressive who are incapable of reading emotions. Within the body language that conveys how one is feeling, there are also clues that one cannot read another’s emotions. For example, when someone is mad, they may be angry and red in the face, yet look happy.

In each part of the body, there are specific areas that we tend to concentrate on while communicating. When people use those areas of the body, we evaluate their body language in the same order. For example, the head is heads up by default. However, if the person shifts their body, their head will also go down. This indicates that they are downplaying, lying, or hiding something. Similarly, crossing one arm over the other indicates that they are blocking something out. With regards to your body language, shift your head to the side of the conversation and see if the person follows.

The body language of the eyes is arguably the most important aspect of nonverbal communication and the most easily expressed. The use of movement in the eyes is related to the closing or opening of the eyes during the communication of emotions. For example, if the eyes are open, the person appears to be receiving information. However, if the eyes are closed, they appear to be blocking out information.

The ability to read body language is related to the ability to recognize faces. To recognize the level of cognitive and/or affective information conveyed by people by their posture, facial expression, and gestures, it is essential to be able to recognize the emotion that accompanies their expression.[89]

For example, when a person is sad, one might observe that the eyebrows are furrowed and the upper lip is drawn up. This is known as a “downturned mouth” (Figure 8).[5] When someone is happy, one might observe that the eyebrows are raised and the lips parted, which is known as an “upset mouth”.[5]
