If you want to be successful in this current and fast emerging field of public administration, I would suggest that you must have a firm understanding of the development objectives of the government. Indeed, this is the case for almost all public administration practitioners. One should be able to establish the perceptions of the government on the particular public administration challenges faced in the country, and then identify and provide an appropriate policy prescription to the challenges which are potentially deleterious to the objectives of the government.

Shubhra Saxena’s advice on Public Administration Is Wrong.

The first edition of the book that you are referring to is on the best seller list for the IAS PREPARATION COURSES. That is, her book has helped a number of people pass various exams.

I don’t know why she says this because there is no way to achieve the objective of the IAS by passing this book.

As a civil servant, one should not go by what she says.

She should write what and what not for the public service exams.

She should write at least a number of books including the “Advice for IAS Aspirants” and the “Conducting Meetings in IAS.”

She should write the IAS series instead of just writing one book.

Why doesn’t she write the entire book on the “Advice to IAS Aspirants”, and in this book, she should also provide the best ideas and valuable tips that she has been receiving and which can help in doing well in the IAS exam and in making a career in the civil service.

The second edition of the book is also very useful for preparing the competitive exams. So, the book helps the students a lot in passing various competitive exams.

The book is very useful and I have already given the book to my friends for preparation.

This is my recommendation to the civil service aspirants.

This is the best book on Public Administration in Hindi.
